Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 12, 2026

This policy explains what this website collects, why it is collected, how it is stored and who can see it. It reflects how the site operates today, and it is updated if that changes.

1. Who this policy covers

This policy applies to Empowered Integrity Business Solutions and to this website. It explains what information the site collects, why it is collected, how it is stored and who can see it.

2. Information we collect

Two different kinds of information are connected to this website: information you choose to submit, and limited technical information that may be handled automatically by the platform that hosts the site. They are described separately below.

Information you submit voluntarily. This website only asks you for what you type into the project inquiry form:

  • Your name (required)
  • Business name (optional)
  • Email address (required)
  • Phone number (optional)
  • Existing website URL (optional)
  • Project type and preferred contact method
  • Your description of the project (required)
  • Your acknowledgement that you have read this policy (required)

Alongside the submission, our system records the date and time it was received and an internal status used to manage the inquiry. We do not ask for payment details, government identifiers or sensitive personal information through this site. The form also contains one hidden field that genuine visitors never fill in; it is used only to reject automated spam submissions, and its contents are discarded.

Technical information that may be processed automatically. This website is delivered by a hosting platform that also provides the database and the email service described in Section 4. As with any hosted website, that platform may automatically process limited technical information in the course of serving pages and keeping the service secure — for example IP addresses, browser and device information, the pages requested, and server or security logs. We do not run our own analytics or tracking of this kind, we do not use such information to identify visitors or build profiles, and we do not use it for marketing. Because this processing happens at the platform level rather than through this website's own code, the categories above describe what may be involved rather than a precise inventory.

3. Why we use it

Information you submit is used only to:

  • Respond to your inquiry using the contact method you selected
  • Understand your business and prepare a written scope and pricing if relevant
  • Deliver and support services if we work together
  • Keep an internal record of the inquiry and its status

We do not sell your information. We do not add inquiry submissions to marketing or promotional mailing lists, and this website does not send automated promotional messages.

4. Where it is stored and who can see it

How it is stored. When the inquiry form is submitted, the details are checked and then saved as an inquiry record in the database this website runs on, which is hosted by Base44, the platform provider that hosts and operates the site. The record holds the information you entered, the date and time it was received and an internal status. The website keeps no separate copy and does not write inquiry data to any other system.

Who can see it. Access to inquiry records is limited by the site's access rules to the business owner and authorized administrators, who sign in to a private admin area. Submitted information is never displayed on the public website and cannot be read by anonymous visitors or by other signed-in accounts. Those rules, together with keeping administrator accounts to a minimum, are the controls we rely on; we make no absolute guarantee that access can never be compromised.

Email notifications. When an inquiry is stored, an email containing the submitted details is sent through the hosting platform's email service to the business owner's email address, so the inquiry can be answered promptly. If that message ever failed to send, the inquiry would still be stored and visible in the admin area. No one else is notified, and the details are not sent anywhere else.

Service providers. Base44 hosts this website, provides the database that stores inquiries and provides the email service used for notifications, acting on our instructions. Notification emails arrive in a business email account hosted by a third-party email provider. We do not sell or rent inquiry information, and we do not share it with advertisers or marketing list providers.

5. Cookies and analytics

Essential storage only. This website sets no advertising or marketing cookies and loads no analytics or tracking scripts. The public pages do not depend on cookies. The only browser storage in use is what the private admin area needs: a sign-in session kept in browser storage and, where the platform provides it, a session cookie, so that an authorized administrator stays signed in while managing inquiries. That storage is required for the admin area to work, which is why no cookie prompt is shown; a visitor who never signs in is unaffected by it.

Analytics and advertising. We do not use Google Analytics or any other analytics product on this website, we do not run advertising, remarketing or social media pixels, and we do not follow visitors across other websites. The site is configured with analytics switched off and no measurement or marketing identifiers are present. If analytics or marketing tracking is ever introduced, this section will be updated to name the provider, describe what it records and explain any consent or opt-out that applies, before it starts.

6. How long we keep it

Inquiry records are kept for as long as they are needed to manage and answer the inquiry, and afterwards for legitimate business recordkeeping — for example so that we can refer back to what was discussed or agreed if we work together, or if you contact us again later. We also keep records for as long as applicable tax, accounting or other legal obligations require. We do not set a fixed retention period; records are deleted once they are no longer needed for these purposes.

You can ask us to delete your inquiry record at any time, as explained in Section 7. If a legal obligation requires us to keep something, we will tell you what is being kept and why.

7. Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete your inquiry record. Requests can be made through the inquiry form on the Contact page — please mention the name and email address you used, so we can find the right record.

8. Children

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new date. Material changes will be described plainly rather than buried in the text.
